Ausbildung combines on-the-job training at a company with classes at a vocational school. Trainees receive a monthly allowance throughout.

Students who want a practical career in fields such as nursing, hospitality, IT or technical trades, and who are willing to learn German to B1–B2 level.
How long does it take?
Usually between two and three and a half years, depending on the occupation.
